Local historian from Barysaw Ales Pantsyaley (professional blacksmith and artist) talks about working with the state archive and searching for information about the settlement and local residents. The focus of the conversation is the former Jewish town of Zembin near Barysaw and its history, and also curiosities about Ales’ work with archival documents.
